Report for America corps member joins CityView staff as health care reporter

We are happy to announce Morgan Casey will join CityView’s newsroom this summer as a Report for America corps member, focusing solely on health care reporting.

Report for America is a national service program that matches local newsrooms with talented reporters who work to provide in-depth coverage on under-reported issues and communities. Because of Report for America corps members, hundreds of communities have gained reporting that would otherwise remain untold. 

This is reporting that our community would otherwise go without. Report for America funds half of our corps member’s salary and asks that CityView News Fund fundraises the other half with the support of our community – because, like you, they believe in local journalism for the community, supported by the community.
